You can try out any of our plans for 30 days free of charge. If you cancel your account before your trial period expires you won't be charged anything.

Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?

Sorry the free trial only applies when signing up now.

Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account any time.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. You pay for DoingText month-to-month. If you cancel you will only be charged for the current month and then never again.

Are there per user fees?

No. You only need one account with a paid plan to collaborate. Anyone else doesn't need an account or can be on the free plan.
